About Marie-Josée

Marie-Josée Jobidon practises exclusively in criminal and penal law, representing people accused of criminal offences and defending their right to a full and fair defence under the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. She has particular expertise in domestic violence and sexual offence cases, including sexual assault and sexual touching. She meets clients at her office and travels to the Centre de détention de Québec to meet and assess clients' situations, and is available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
