About Kevin

Fournier practices exclusively in criminal law and has done so since the start of the career. Fournier trained first in legal techniques at the college level, then studied law at university, before completing professional training at the École du Barreau de Montréal and being sworn in as a lawyer. After practicing in Montreal for several months, Fournier returned to Quebec City to open a solo practice there. Throughout the studies, Fournier worked as a legal technician, first in family law and later exclusively in criminal law, before becoming a lawyer. The practice covers crimes against the person, property crimes, economic and financial crimes, driving-related offences, drug offences and youth criminal justice matters.
