About Marie-Elaine

Marie-Elaine Tremblay is a founding partner and accredited family mediator who has practised exclusively in family law since 2012, after nearly six years in business law, including commercial real estate, at Borden Ladner Gervais. She pleads before all Québec courts on divorce, custody, support, property division and complex financial family matters, and argued alongside Sylvie Schirm before the Supreme Court of Canada to protect family mediation confidentiality. She chairs the Canadian Bar Association's Quebec family law section and co-hosts the Noovo series Les Justiciers.
