About Margaret
Gail Miller has practised family law exclusively in Kelowna for over 30 years, acting in more than 5,092 cases as of February 2019. She works to settle the large majority of her cases, guiding clients through judicial case conferences and settlement conferences, encouraging mediation where appropriate, and negotiating directly with opposing counsel. Where those approaches don't resolve a matter, she takes cases through the trial process. She holds a BA and an LLB.
