About Marc

Marc A. Ducharme is the owner and sole practitioner at Ducharme Law in New Liskeard. He has practiced law in the Temiskaming Shores area since 2012 and founded his own firm in 2014, after several years focused on family and construction law. His practice today centers on family law, construction lien litigation, residential and commercial real estate, and mediation. On the construction side, he has represented general contractors, sub-contractors, and owners in lien litigation and has around seven years of experience in that area. He also offers family law mediation services, including flat-fee document preparation and legal coaching on court process and negotiation strategy, often conducted virtually or by phone. Ducharme grew up in Haileybury and returned to the Temiskaming Shores area after finishing his schooling.
