About Lusi
Lusi Brace, also known as Lusi Brace-Plaku, has practiced law for more than ten years and has extensive experience litigating in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court of Canada. She is the founder of Brace Law, with offices in Vaughan, Oakville, and Dundas, and practices immigration, criminal, civil litigation, and real estate law while leading a team that also handles family law, wills, and powers of attorney. Her immigration work covers stays of removal, judicial reviews of visa refusals, refugee hearings and appeals, record suspensions, and authorizations to return to Canada after deportation. She has also handled criminal and civil cases involving false accusations, most notably R. v. Kellesis, and has been featured by CTV, the Toronto Star, the London Free Press, Insauga, and Klan TV. Lusi belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and several regional and cultural legal associations, and speaks English, Albanian, and Italian.
