About Louise

Louise Poliquin has practised law in Quebec for more than 30 years. She earned her law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1992 and completed her Barreau du Québec bar school training in 1993. She works in private practice, providing legal advice and opinions, drafting contracts and procedures, and negotiating and representing clients before the courts. Since 2012 she has also offered family mediation services, favouring non-judicial dispute resolution where it's appropriate. Her practice covers family law and successions, along with matters such as latent defects, title defects, mortgage recourse, debt collection, neighbourhood disputes, residential and commercial leasing, and adoption.
