About Lisa

Lisa Feldstein is a health and fertility lawyer and the principal lawyer of Lisa Feldstein Law Office Professional Corporation, a firm focused on what she calls Family Health Law, serving family caregivers, intended parents, and surrogates and donors. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010 after studying psychology at the University of Guelph, and has appeared before the Consent and Capacity Board, the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, and the Superior Court of Justice. She has been an Adjunct Professor of Health Care Law at York University since 2016.
