Lisa Coutu is a barrister and solicitor at Harmonia Law, offering full-service and limited-scope family law representation across negotiation, drafting, and court proceedings, with a trauma-informed approach. She also handles small claims matters, wills, powers of attorney, commercial contract drafting, and civil litigation. Coutu holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Guelph and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, and was called to the bar in 2023. She is also a member of Petawawa's Municipal Council.
