Leonard H. Francis completed his articles in Meadow Lake under Raymond G. Cariou, Q.C. and practiced with a Meadow Lake firm from 1980 to 1995, when he established Francis & Company as a sole practitioner. He has broad experience in real estate law, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and corporate law, wills and estates, civil litigation, and family law. In 2006 he received the Queen's Counsel designation in recognition of his contribution to the practice of law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan (1979) and a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina (1978).
