About Michelle

Michelle Spence is a Partner at Battle River Law with a general practice in family law, corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, municipal law, and general litigation. She grew up in North Battleford and obtained her law degree in 2006 from the University of Alberta. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2007 and articled and practiced in Calgary until 2012, when she moved back to Saskatchewan. After working remotely for an oil and gas service company, she was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in January 2015 and joined the firm, becoming a Partner in January 2019.
