About Larry

Larry Wells founded Wells & Associates after an earlier career in global surveying, returning to school and graduating from law school in 1992, when he was also recognized for academic and community legal service by Prince Charles. Early in his career he recognized that clients were often better served through negotiation than litigation and became a skilled mediator, later becoming deeply involved in restorative justice work in Alberta. His practice has taken him to the Northwest Territories, Ontario and Alberta.
