About Kristin
Kristin Carvalho is a barrister and solicitor practising real estate law in Ontario. Carvalho handles purchases, sales and refinances of residential property, and offers in-person, virtual or phone consultations to fit clients' schedules. Carvalho provides mobile signing across the Greater Toronto Area so clients don't have to travel to close a transaction. The practice also includes wills and estate services. Carvalho maintains a second location on the Bruce Peninsula, working from a former fishing lodge library with a wood-burning fireplace, for clients who prefer a rural setting for real estate and estates matters.
