About Kendall
Kendall Cummings is the founder of K. Cummings Law, focused on defending individuals at all stages of the criminal process, from minor allegations to serious charges. Before founding her practice, she worked with criminal defence counsel Michael Moon and Nadir Sachak, assisting on high-stakes matters including homicide, firearm and drug cases. Cummings earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she received the Bronze Medal of Distinction, then completed her law degree at the University of Sussex in England with First Class Honours and won the Clinical Legal Education Award of the Year for her community-based legal work. She later completed a Master of Laws at the University of Toronto, specializing in Canadian law in a global context, and continues to focus on strategic, client-focused criminal defence advocacy.
