About Kendall
Kendall Cairns is the founder and owner of Cairns Law, a Sherwood Park firm she built around a straightforward, unhurried approach to wills and estate matters. She works directly with clients, mostly on a flat-fee or project basis with quotes provided in advance. Real estate law was part of her practice from the outset, but as the firm has grown its estate law services have become its main focus, and as of November 2025 the firm is no longer taking on new standalone real estate transactions, though it continues to support existing clients.
