About Katherine

Katherine Gauthier completed a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in notarial law at the Université de Montréal, graduating with distinction, and has been on the roll of the Chambre des notaires since 2020. She began her career in estate planning and real estate law at a notarial firm in Laval before starting her own practice in 2022. Her practice now centres on family and personal law, estate law, and will planning, and she holds a Chambre des notaires accreditation for non-contentious proceedings involving the opening or review of a protective supervision regime and mandates of protection.
