About Justin

Justin Newman is a Partner in Harrison Pensa LLP's Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities group, focused exclusively on estate litigation, including will challenges, contested passing of accounts, dependant's relief claims, administration disputes, will interpretations and rectifications, power of attorney litigation, and guardianship litigation. Newman has been with the firm since 2018 and became partner in January 2022, after working in private practice from 2015 to 2018. Newman belongs to the Middlesex Law Association, The Advocates' Society, and the Estate Planners' Council of London.
