About Josh

Josh Lang earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Hons.) from York University in 1999 before finishing law school at Osgoode Hall in 2003, where he received the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Entrance Scholarship. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Before joining Lang Lawyers in 2016, he worked at a long-term disability and personal injury firm, and earlier still practiced immigration litigation. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Federal Court, Social Security Tribunal, and various immigration and disability tribunals. His work today centers on long-term disability and personal injury litigation.
