About Joseph

Joseph Obagi practises personal injury and medical negligence law at Connolly Obagi LLP in Ottawa. He is a current director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and received its H. Bruce T. Hillyer Award in 2023 for advancing individual rights through trial advocacy. He was part of the legal team that secured a $3.7 million jury verdict for the plaintiff in Aubin v. Soloway Jewish Community Centre.
