Joseph Virgilio is a graduate of the University of Toronto and received his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. He practices in real estate, land development, mortgages, wills and estates, and business law, and previously served as an elected trustee and later a Markham town councillor for thirteen years.
