Jonathan Foldiak is the founder of FOLDIAK-Lawyers and has been a member of the Quebec bar since 1981. Over 45 years of practice, he has delivered strategic, solution-oriented advice to businesses and individuals operating across Canada and internationally, in fields including business law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, real estate and leasing, tax litigation, and wills, trusts and estates.
