About John

John has practiced law in the Saint John area since being called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1984 and became a partner at Gorman Nason in 2004. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, real estate, municipal law, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial matters. He has represented a national organization in two significant defamation actions and has acted for residential and commercial developers on property acquisition, development and sale. Before law school he completed degrees in science and physical education at the University of New Brunswick. He is active in the Saint John community, sitting on the boards of Service New Brunswick and the Hampton Rotary Charitable Trust, and is a member of the Saint John Law Society, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association.
