About Johannes

Johannes Schenk is a member of the Alberta and British Columbia Bars with public sector and private practice experience, including work as a labour relations manager for a large employers' association. He practises administrative law, labour and employment law, wrongful dismissal, human rights, municipal law, commercial litigation, and personal injury and negligence matters, and has appeared before all levels of Court in British Columbia and Alberta, including judicial review hearings. He holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and a Master of Science in Pharmacology from the University of British Columbia.
