About Joanna

Joanna Eubanks is a partner whose practice focuses primarily on plaintiff personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls, along with wills and estate planning for clients. After surviving a serious car accident as a teenager, she was motivated to help others recover fair compensation for their injuries. She earned a B.A. in social science from York University in 2005 and an LL.B. from the University of Sussex in England in 2008, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and mentors youth and volunteers with senior citizen groups in the Brampton area.
