About Jill

Jill Quilty was called to the bar in Manitoba in 2018 and in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2019. Her practice experience includes Legal Aid work along with provincial and federal prosecutions, criminal law and personal injury, and she currently maintains a general practice covering real estate, wills and estates, personal injury, federal prosecutions and criminal law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University, majoring in Criminology and English, followed by a Bachelor of Education from Memorial University and a Master of Education from Mount Saint Vincent University before completing her Juris Doctor at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She sits on the Board of Governors for the College of the North Atlantic and on the Honours and Awards Committee for the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
