Jesse Dostal
Jesse Dostal is the founder and principal lawyer of Dostal Law and was formerly a partner at another Brantford firm. He represents accused persons on charges ranging from assault and impaired driving to homicide and weapons offences, and he also acts as a federal Crown agent prosecuting drug offences for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. He holds a dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude from Michigan State in 2014, and he's president of the Brant Law Association. He sits on the Legal Aid Ontario criminal defence roster and the Gladue Panel.
