About Jennifer

Jennifer Upper practices personal injury, insurance defence, general litigation, and family law at Routley & Company. She worked as a paralegal in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley before attending law school, and studied Arts and Criminal Justice at the University of the Fraser Valley. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2009, gaining experience with a pro bono clinic and the UBC Law Students' Legal Assistance Program while there, and was called to the bar in May 2010. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court of BC, the Supreme Court of BC, and the BC Court of Appeal.
