About Jennifer
Jennifer M. Martini earned her Honours B.A. from York University in 2002 before completing her LL.B. at the University of Windsor in 2006. She was called to the bar in 2007 and joined the firm that same year. Her practice spans business, corporate and commercial law as well as commercial and residential real estate, serving clients ranging from multinational corporations and financial institutions to family businesses and first-time homebuyers. Her corporate work covers new business structuring, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share transactions, commercial leases and shareholder agreements. On the real estate side, she handles land acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and has supported several regional and provincial election campaigns over the years.
