About Carmen

Carmen A. De Facendis holds an Honours B.A. from McMaster University and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Before joining Thompson, MacColl & Stacy in 1997, she practiced as a sole practitioner in Mississauga. She brings more than 25 years of experience advising on, resolving, litigating and mediating complex family law issues, including business valuations, division of family assets and income determination for support. Her practice has since grown to include commercial and construction lien litigation, and she now serves as the firm's principal senior litigator.
