About Jean-Pierre

Jean-Pierre Bonin completed his notarial training at the University of Ottawa in 1993 and then a masters in taxation (M.Fisc.) at the Universite de Sherbrooke. He began practicing as a tax notaire in November 1994, initially consulting for accounting firms, and has increasingly focused his practice on estate and tax planning, particularly testamentary and inter vivos trusts. He teaches as a guest lecturer for organizations including the APFF, IQPF, Wolters Kluwer and Jurisconseil, has been a course instructor at UQAM, and has delivered training on testamentary trusts for the Chambre des notaires du Quebec and through Redaction fiduciaire inc.
