About Jean

Jean J. Laflamme founded Laflamme Jean, Avocats in Gatineau and has practiced law for more than 40 years. He has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since April 1, 1982, and obtained his law degree on April 1, 1981. He also holds bachelor's degrees in administration and in public administration. His bilingual practice covers general civil law and litigation (outside matrimonial and residential lease matters), civil liability, real estate law, insurance law, and estate law, and includes debt collection work. He appears before the Cour du Québec, the Cour supérieure, and the Cour d'appel, but does not accept legal aid mandates, matrimonial law matters, or criminal law files.
