About Jean

Jean Brunet is a partner working mainly in corporate and commercial law, including acquisition and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, mergers and reorganizations, plus intellectual property in the pharmaceutical, genomics and biotechnology sectors. He is a former managing partner of the firm and serves as corporate secretary of Génome Canada and Génome Québec.
