About Jason

Jason Latorre joined Simpson & Associates LLP as an associate in 2023. He completed a business transactions concentration at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta. He completed the National Committee on Accreditation process, articled with a rural Alberta firm, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate transactions, wills and estates administration, and contract review and drafting.
