Janice Rubin was called to the Ontario bar in 1991 and holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is an employment lawyer, workplace investigator and employment mediator who has conducted investigations across institutional settings including the CBC, universities and professional sports organizations, and has authored two books on workplace investigations and employment law.
