About Janice

Janice Naymark has practised corporate and commercial law in Quebec and worked with Robert Raich for over 25 years. She graduated from McGill University's Faculty of Law with both a BCL and LLB in 1986 and became a member of the Barreau du Québec in 1987. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, venture capital transactions, shareholder relations, governance and shareholder agreements. She previously taught Business Associations Law at McGill University and served as Director of Corporate Services at her former firm. Naymark is a founding member of the Bread and Beyond Foundation and sits on the Governance Committee of the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation; she has also served on the Board of Governors of Lower Canada College and on advisory committees for the Quebec Association of Independent Schools and the Quebec Community Groups Network.
