About Jack

Jack Hardy is the founding lawyer of Hardy & Associates. Widely recognized as a thorough and experienced litigator, Jack Hardy has a particular interest in impaired driving, drug cases, and constitutional challenges, and has extensive experience in high-stakes criminal cases, having argued at all levels of court in Ontario. Jack Hardy completed all course work and exams toward a Ph.D. before deciding to pursue law. After completing a law degree, Jack Hardy spent 10 years at Western Law School supervising law students in the practical program, and has been an adjunct professor at Western Law and taught courses at Fanshawe College. Jack Hardy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Ontario Criminal Lawyers' Association, and is a former President of the London Criminal Lawyers' Association.
