About Irina

Irina Boldeanu is an attorney with LRMM's Litigation Law group, which Boldeanu joined in 2023. Boldeanu focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes, including class action defence and commercial litigation, and has represented clients in the health, technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Boldeanu holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences, and regularly appears before the Superior Court of Quebec, the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Federal Court of Canada. Boldeanu has contributed to major litigation files, including a $93-million commercial dispute, and has published on trade secrets, intellectual property and the enforcement of foreign judgments. Boldeanu was named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada list starting in 2024, and previously worked in cardiovascular and oncology research at McGill University and the CHUM Hospital.
