Ian Fleming founded Fleming Law in Powell River after receiving his LLB from the University of Victoria and being called to the bar in British Columbia in 1997. He opened an independent practice in Powell River, joined Giroday-Fleming in 2002, and renamed the practice to Fleming & Associates, Barristers and Solicitors in 2012 to reflect the firm's structure at the time. With two decades of general practice experience, he focuses on litigation matters, including civil suits, motor vehicle accidents and ICBC claims.
