About Harpreet

Harpreet S. Luthra has run a law practice in Mississauga, Ontario since 2003, practicing real estate, immigration, estate planning, income tax, and corporate law for about 20 years. He represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and advises on related estate planning matters, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and cohabitation agreements, and advising executors and trustees on estate and trust administration. He also acts as counsel in income tax and GST/HST matters, representing clients from CRA audits and Notices of Objection through appeals in the Tax Court of Canada, and has appeared before immigration tribunals, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Luthra holds a B.Com from Government College, Sector 11, Chandigarh, India (1991) and an LLB from Punjab University, Chandigarh (1994), and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
