He previously worked for international firms in Canada and China as well as litigation firms in downtown Toronto, developing expertise in corporate-commercial, real estate, and workplace disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and a Legum Magister in business law from Cornell Law School.
