About Guillaume

Guillaume Falardeau founded Leviat Legal, bringing a background in technology and more than 200 completed venture capital and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Falardeau helps founders navigate the legal complexities of doing business. Outside the practice, Falardeau builds software tools, experiments with electronics, and spends long hours reading. Falardeau holds a civil law degree from Université Laval.
