About Gray

Gray Taylor is a barrister and solicitor whose practice focuses on environmental, climate change, cleantech, and sustainability issues, following two decades in corporate, commercial, M&A, and finance law. He has particular expertise in emissions trading transactions developed through Kyoto Protocol deals and has been recognized by Chambers Global as a Senior Statesman in Global Climate Change and Canadian Environmental Law. He is a former Distinguished Visiting Fellow and Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's School of the Environment and a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section.
