About Graham

Graham A. Wells has practised privately since his call to the bar in 1981. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 1980, was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2010, and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. His practice focuses on residential real estate, wills, probate and estate administration, and elder law. Before practising law, he served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and later chaired the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal. He is a director of Wells PLC Inc.
