Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionGraeme Hooper has practised law since 2014, after clerking for the Chief Justice of British Columbia at the B.C. Court of Appeal. He has worked in government, including the Ministry of Public Safety, the Workers' Compensation Board of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal, and the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, and now advises clients on regulatory compliance, workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, general litigation, and appeals. He has represented clients before tribunals, in regulatory prosecutions, and at all levels of court in British Columbia. Graeme completed his undergraduate, graduate, and law degrees at the University of British Columbia, earning his law degree in 2012, and is originally from Vancouver Island.
