Gokul Kamaraj is a criminal defence lawyer called to the bar in 2016, dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals and ensuring fair access to justice. He represents clients in bail hearings, first appearances, disclosure review, pre-trial discussions, Charter applications, and trial and sentencing matters across a wide range of criminal charges, including impaired driving, assault, fraud, drug offences and firearms charges.
