About Gina

Gina M. DaRoza focuses her Toronto practice on health and business law, assisting dentists, physicians and other health care professionals with setting up, purchasing and selling their practices, corporate reorganizations, lease negotiations and shareholder arrangements. She was awarded the University of Manitoba's gold medal for highest standing and received her law degree with distinction, beginning her legal practice with a major Toronto firm upon her call to the Ontario bar in 1991.
