About Giancarlo
Giancarlo Di Pietro has practiced family law for more than a decade, handling hundreds of files ranging from simple matters to highly complex, multi-jurisdictional cases. His peers frequently seek his advice on managing their own files. He advises clients seeking guidance before marriage or having children to prevent future disputes, as well as those needing support with an ongoing divorce or a matter involving Quebec's Director of Youth Protection (DPJ). Giancarlo Di Pietro also acts as a family mediator. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2011, holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa (2006) and a B.A. in psychology from Concordia University (2002), and is a member of the Association des Juristes Italo-Canadiens du Québec and the Lord Reading Law Society.
