About Gerald
Gerald Keith Culliton was called to the Ontario bar in April 1986 and began his career in Toronto before returning to his hometown of Stratford in 1989. He practised with Mountain Mitchell LLP in Stratford for twenty years before opening his own firm, Culliton Law, in April 2009. He holds a commerce degree from Queen's University and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. His practice covers most areas of law in Perth County, including civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters, landlord-tenant disputes, municipal planning law, personal injury, real estate and mortgages, and wills and estates, though he doesn't handle family or criminal matters. He also maintains referral relationships with other legal and accounting professionals in the area. Outside of law, he has served as a Level II Hockey Canada referee and has twice attended the North American School of Officiating. The firm's physical office is currently closed, but Culliton continues to take calls, texts, and emails from clients.
