About Frédéric

Frédéric Henri is the president and founder of Facteur H Légal and a member of the Barreau. He has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and has worked as an investigations consultant since 2008, completing hundreds of mandates worldwide across sectors including education, health care, mining, aviation and finance. He is also a certified human resources advisor (CRHA) and an accredited mediator with the Institut des médiateurs agréés du Québec (IMAQ), and belongs to the Canadian chapter of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). He is responsible for the firm's training programs and for managing its mandates and investigations.
