About Anne-Sophie

Anne-Sophie Dagenais completed a bachelor's degree in criminology at the Université de Montréal before beginning a career as a legal admissibility investigator, conducting investigations and developing interviewing skills. Dagenais then pursued law studies at the same university, driven by a growing interest in criminal law, and gained experience at both civil and criminal law firms. Time at the Directeur des poursuites criminelles et pénales gave Dagenais insight into Crown prosecution strategy that now informs negotiations on behalf of clients. Dagenais practices criminal defence across driving offences, violent crimes, property crimes, economic crimes, sexual offences, and drug offences.
